Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take boiled potatoes peel them and cut half from middle, scrap the inside of potato softly it should not break, keep aside the scrapped potato.

* Step 2

Place potatoes which are made hollow, in plate and put salt n black pepper, marinate them and keep aside.

* Step 3

Now take shot glasses and pour little khata pani in it start assembling.

* Step 4

For filling Take a pan put on stove, heat oil crackle zeera in it add imli pulp red crushed chilli salt and boiled chickpeas in it saute well. Add chopped onion πŸ§…, tomato πŸ… and green chillies in it

* Step 5

Take the potatoes and fill them with filling, set them on top of glasses and serve.
