Achari fish 🐟 made by me and my team mate in a compitition

An ultimate taste of fish by adding pickle spices. You can use homemade pickle spices as well instead to buy from shop. Serve Fish Achari with naan, roti or boil rice.

Ingredient

Food ration :

yogurt

plain flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate fish with salt, egg, 1 tbsp ginger, garlic paste,1/2tsp achar masala and plain flour. Leave for 15 minutes.Heat up oil and deep fry fish. Dish out it.

* Step 2

Cook onion in oil until golden, add ginger, garlic paste and cook. When rawness finish add tomatoes and achar gosht masala.

* Step 3

In a separate pan slit some green chillies and filled dry achar gosht masala in it and let them fry too in ver less oil until they turn golden brown from each side

* Step 4

After 2-3 minutes add yogurt, salt,in the masala or gravy pan and cook until all flavor mix up. When water of yogurt dry include fried fish and fried chillies in gravy and mix. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve.
