Afghani dishws are rich and creamy plus the less use of red chilli make it a blessing for those who don't like chilli to much A creamy and little spiced recipe is creamy egg.malai I bet its aunique yet benificial asty dish in your recipe book

Ingredient

Milk

1/4 tsp

Black pepper

1/4 tsp

Cumin powder

1/4 tsp

White pepper

1/4 cup

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil egg for at least ten minute peel them

* Step 2

Boil onion and chilli in milk 🥛 for ten to twenty minutes blend it well

* Step 3

Heat oil pour the blended mixture cook for few minutes add black pepper,white pepper,cumin powder,Coriander crushed and bhonify a little

* Step 4

When it releases oil add cream init after that add the boiled egg (whole,crushed or half as per your choice I like it whole so I don't crush or half it) let it on dum for few minutes

* Step 5

Garnish with coriander leaves green chillies and cream serve with chapaties
