Besan kaddu ki sabji

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a kadai and roast the besan. Cool it and keep aside.
* Step 2
In a kadai heat 4 tsp oil and saute cumin seeds,mustard seeds, pinch asafoetida. Add chopped green chilli
* Step 3
Further, add 300 grams pumpkin and saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 4
Additionally, add spice powder and ¾ tsp salt.
* Step 5
Now add roasted besan,mix well
* Step 6
Saute for 2 minutes until the besan is well combined.cover it
* Step 7
Cook until the pumpkin is cooked wellnow add, 1 tsp aamchur and ¼ cup water.mix well and cook until the pumpkin absorbs all the flavour.
finally, add coriander and enjoy kaddu ki sabzi with roti
