Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil. add 2 bay leaf, 1 tsp cumin, 1 black cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon, 3 cardamom, and saute until the spices turn aromatic.
* Step 2
Also add 1 onion,, until the onion shrinks slightly
* Step 3
Further add
1½ cup sweet corn, ½ tsp garam masala, and 1 tsp salt.
* Step 4
Pour in 2 cup water and get to a boil.
* Step 5
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked well.
