Rice flour mini pancakes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, in a mixer jar take 1 potato and ½ cup water.
* Step 2
Transfer the aloo paste to a large bowl.
* Step 3
Now add 2 tbsp onion, 1 carrot grated, 2 chilli and 2 tbsp coriander chopped.
* Step 4
After the batter has rested well, add ½ tsp eno fruit salt and mix gently.
* Step 5
Now take a bread and cut into round shape with the help of small bowl
* Step 6
Once the batter turns frothy, immediately pour over the round bread
* Step 7
Pour half tsp oil, and simmer for 2 minutes.
* Step 8
Flip over and cook both sides
* Step 9
Finally, enjoy mini rice flour pancake with ketchup and green chutney
