oregano

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the butter in a nonstick pan and add the potatoes and saute on a high flame for 3 to 5 mins or till the potatoes brown in colour while stirring continuously.

Add the salt and saute on a medium flame for 1 min

* Step 3

Add the cheese, cream, chili flakes, oregano, pepper powder mix well n cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 mins

* Step 4

Serve the Italian potato immediately. Garnish with parsley n chili flakes.
