Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, 5 tbsp suji,1/2 cup curd, salt as per taste, now add 1/2 cup of water for batter consistency,mix well.
* Step 2
Close the lid and keep aside for half an hour.Now cut all veggies. Take a kadai,put oil in it, heat the oil,add mustard seeds.
* Step 3
Than add ginger garlic paste saute for a min,than add chopped onion and chopped green chilli, saute well until golden, now add chopped potato,chopped carrot, chopped beans, chopped tomatoes,now add salt as per taste.
* Step 4
Now add turmeric, red chilli powder,add chat masala, cumin powder and mix well.
* Step 5
Cover the lid and cook until all veggies become soft. Switch off the gas and cool the masala. Add prepare masala into atta mix, add chopped coriander leaves and mix well now add chilli flakes,baking soda and mix gently.
* Step 6
Now take a tadka pan,put oil and heat the oil and grease it,now fill half of tadka pan with mixture and close the lid.
* Step 7
And cook for 1 min from both sides on low flame. The handvo are ready to serve.Serve with chutney or ketchup.
