Roasted poha bhel

Instant snack is a quick and easy recipe. This has lots of veggies. It's a very colourful and very healthy, nutritious evening snack. #flavour1 #flavour4 #jrc2

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan add dry roast the poha, roast them on a low flame for about 6 mins. Then let it cool completely. Now chopped all veggies and add in a bowl than add roasted poha, coriander leaves

* Step 2

Mix bhujia,fried peanut, lemon juice, chat masala, red chilli powder, mix all together. Add green chutney and tamarind chutney, mix it well

Healthy and yummy poha bhel is ready to serve
