#flavour3 #india2020This is a melt in the mouth,smooth,spiced and seasoned gramflour rolls.Khandvi is a delicious healthy snack from the Gujrati cuisine. Khandvi is made with a mixture of gramflour and buttermilk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For khandvi Grease 3 thalis lightly with oil on both the sides and keep aside.Combine the buttermilk and gramflour, asafoetida, lemon juice,turmeric powder, ginger-green chilli paste and salt in a deep non-stick pan and mix well using a whisk till no lumps remain to make a a smooth mixture. Switch on the flame and cook on a slow flame for a mins while stirring continuously or till it thickens.

* Step 2

Spread a spoonful of the batter on a greased thali wait for a few seconds and try to roll it up.If it doesn't roll then cook for 1 more min.Then check one more if it is still hot pour little portions of mixture on the inside of 3 greased thalis and spread the mixture in a circular motion in a thin layer using a vati.

* Step 3

Turn all the 3 thali and spread the remaining mixture on the in back sides allow them to cool for 5-10 mins and roll them up tightly.Cut each khandvi roll into 6 equal pieces and keep aside.

* Step 4

For tempring Heat the oil in small pan and add the mustard seeds,when the seeds crackle, add sesame seeds and saute on a slow flame for few seconds. Pour the tempring over the khandvi. Garnish the khandvi with chopped coriander leaves and serve it
