Tricolor cup cake dhokla

#emoji #new Tricolor dhokla is a popular Gujrati snack and I make this in cup cakes mold for a different look. It's a steamed and spongy snack.This is delightful tricolor dhokla is so simple to make.It is so simple to make.It's healthy also.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all in amixing bowl take suji water and curd.Mix well and keep aside for 30 mins.This is basic batter,which will be used for creating all three layers.Divide the batter into three parts for each layer.In a separate bowl take one part of the basic batter.Take 1 carrot and whole 1 red chilli in a mixer and churn with little water and mix in basic batter and all ingredients listed under orange layer from the above list.

Grease a cup cake mold and heat dhokla cooker.Pour this orange batter into the mold and steam for 10 mins.

Just before 10 mins comes to end prepare for the second layer.Mix all the ingredients listed under the white batter over orange layer.Steam it for another 10 mins.

Finally prepare for the green layer by mixing all ingredients.Take 1/4 cup coriander leaves with little bit of water and churn it,green paste is ready, mix it in basic batter after 10 mins pour this green batter over the white cooked layer.Steam it for 10 mins Switch off the flame and rest for few mins Cook dhokla on medium flame.

Take a tadka pan put oil in it and add chopped green chillies,curry leaves and mustard seeds and spread over on dhokla.Serve this tricolor dhokla with coriander chutney or ketchup
