Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan boil 4 cups of waterwith 1 tsp salt,add 3 cubed potatoes and boil for 6 mins until the potatoes are half cooked. Drain off the potatoes and keep aside.Take a bowl add maida,corn flour, ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,salt,2 tsp oil andadd water.Mix all ingredients well than add potatoes in it and fry till they golden brown

Take a pan heat oil and saute 2 clove garlic,1 chilli and 2 tbsp spring onion,1/2 capsicum and1/2 onion till they shrink slightly,now add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce,1tbsp red chilli sauce,1/4 tsp pepper powder and 1/4 tsp salt on high flame until the sauces are well combined.Now prepare slurry by mixing 1 tsp cornflour with 1/4 cup water pour slurry in gravy and mix the gravy thicken,add fried potatoes and mix gently,Potato manchurian is ready to serve.
