Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan,put oil in it,heat the oil and add cumin seed,ginger,garlic and green chillis saute it for few seconds than add onions,saute it till translucent than add tomato, red chilli powder, garam masala,salt mix all together and saute for 2 mins.
* Step 2
Than add 1 cup malai,kasuri methi,green coriander leaves,mix it well and cook for 2 mins
* Step 3
Malai do pyaza is ready to serve and garnish with onion slices,malai and green coriander leaves.
