Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take bread slices and grind into fine powder.Take 1 cup poha in a bowl and wash it first,drain the water add water and soak for 3 mins,drain leftover water after soaking for 3 mins.In poha mix salt,onion,coriander leaves, green chilli, chilli flakes, asatofeatida, baking soda.Mix all ingredients well,add bread powder,add cumin seed,lemon juice.
* Step 2
Grease your palm with oil and make a shape of donuts. Take a pan and put oil in it and shallow fry poha donuts on medium flame until golden brown.
* Step 3
Poha donuts r ready to serve.Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup. It's very simple to make and yummmy
