Ingredient

khoya

1/2 cup

cashews

1/2 inch

ginger

2 tbsp

water

3 tbsp

butter

1 cup

milk

250 gms

paneer

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the butter in pan,add cloves,cardmoms, bay leafand onions and saute for 3 mins till the onions turn translucent.Add the prepared paste and saute again for 3 mins.

* Step 2

Add salt,black pepper powder,milk and 1/2 cup of water and bring to boil.Add the paneer and simmer for 2 to 3 mins

* Step 3

Garnish with kasuri methi and serve with nan,chapati
