Paneer Tikka
It is a famous Indian appetizer where paneer onion and capsicum are marinated with yogurt and spices, which is grilled in tandoor, oven or pan.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast the gram flour in a dry pan and keep aside.
* Step 2
In a large bowl add all the ingredients together including roasted gram flour except oil and whisk properly.
* Step 3
Heat the mustard oil on smoking point. Then carefully add this in the marinate. Mix well.
* Step 4
Add paneer, pepper and onion. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes.
* Step 5
Now arrange the paneer, onion and pepper on the skewers alternately. Prepare all the skewers.
* Step 6
Now heat oil in a pan. Place 2-3 skewers in the pan. Cook all the side of the paneer tikka until they are golden in colour. Then take it out from the pan.
* Step 7
Now place the skewer directly on the heat on medium flame. Hold the tikka over it. Char while rotating the skewer for 1-2 minutes. Until the tikka has nice brown spot on it. Repeat with remaining skewers.
* Step 8
Finally sprinkle some chaat masala and serve immediately.
