Cooking instructions

* Step 1

After you wash the Pea Sprouts and dry with kitchen towel or cloth, cut it into 5 cm (2 inches) long.

* Step 2

Crush the Walnuts, and mix all the ingredients except Pea Sprouts in a bowl.

* Step 3

Add the Pea Sprouts to the bowl (step 2), then toss. Serve!
