#Ambassador #salgirahmubarak Being eggholic I always love to have differnet kind and types of breakfast made by eggs. Today I tried this scrumptious spinach omelette and had a yummy and healthy breakfast and simply loved it. Gonna have it agian and again. Do give it a try its gonna be your favourite breakfast insha Allah 😍🀀

Ingredient

10 minutes
2 tbs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan add onions garlic clove green chillies and saute for 1 minute

* Step 2

Add chopped spinach and cook for 1 minute add chilli powder turmeric and salt cook for 1 minute

* Step 3

Transfer to a plate and let it cool down completely

* Step 4

Crack 4 eggs in a mixing bowl add salt and pepper whisk well. Add spinach and mix.

Heat 1 tbs oil on the same pan and pour this mixture evenly. Cover it

* Step 6

Cook on low flame for 2 minutes then flip it over. Cook the other side for 30 seconds and turn of the flame.

Dish it out in a serving platter. Cut in pieces
