#cplfinal #zafran Its my mothers favourite sauce😍 she just enjoy having a bowl of this sauce licking with her fingers😂 very easy sweet and tangy sauce which you will love to have with any chat samosa pakora fries.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6-8 servings

Cooking time :

30 minutes
100 grams

dried apricot

1 cup

sugar

1 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean wash and soak the dried apricots overnight or for 4-6 hours then transfer in a pan

Add tamarind pulp Cook for 15 minutes on low flame then let it cool down

Blend properly

Transfer in the same pan and add spices

Cook until get thickens then remove from heat and let it cool completly

* Step 6

Store in airtight jars and keep in the frij.You can use it upto 3-4 weeks.
