Its my mothers favourite sauce😍 she just enjoy having a bowl of this sauce licking with her fingers😂 very easy sweet and tangy sauce which you will love to have with any chat samosa pakora fries.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean wash and soak the dried apricots overnight or for 4-6 hours then transfer in a pan
* Step 2
Add tamarind pulp Cook for 15 minutes on low flame then let it cool down
* Step 4
Transfer in the same pan and add spices
* Step 5
Cook until get thickens then remove from heat and let it cool completly
* Step 6
Store in airtight jars and keep in the frij.You can use it upto 3-4 weeks.
