This is one of my father's and mine favourite smoothies.its very quick healthy and yummy as well.
Ingredient
Food ration :

Cooking time :
10 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In mortar n pestle add frozen strawberries and sugar crushed them very well
* Step 2
If you dont have mortar n pestle take a deep pot and crush strawberries with a masher
* Step 3
Now add yoghurt and milk and mix it well
* Step 4
Add sabja seeds and icecubes enjoy😍😍😍
