#ilovecookpad #Ambassador It was the month of holy ramdan 2020๐Ÿ˜Š My mother loves phulkiyan and bary very much. she challenged me and said " tum sy bazar jesy ni ban skty" ๐Ÿ˜’I accepted this challenge and made these yummy n mouth watering dahi bary/bhaly๐Ÿ˜Š ALLHAMDULILLAH I nailed it๐Ÿ˜‡ ๐Ÿ˜Ž My mother loved it and said " wow ye to bazar sy b zada mzy ke hain " โค it was the best iftar of 2020. Sharing my happiest moment with my cookpad family๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Ingredient

baking soda

1/4 tsp

salt

1 kg

yoghurt

1 tbs

cornflour

2-3 tbs

sugar

as needed

milk

as needed

Black salt

as needed

Roasted cumin

as needed

onion rings

as needed

Chaat masala

as needed

Green chutney

as needed

Dry pomegranate

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For Barray/Bhallay In a blender blend yellow lentils white lentils and green chilliee by adding water then let it out in a bowl

* Step 2

Now add, salt, ginger garlic paste baking soda and keep mixing in one direction with hand until the mixture blends well

* Step 3

Now leave it for 15-20 minutes Now fry the Bhalla in medium heat cooking oil and then let it cool

Now soak these fried Bhalla in the salted water for 10-12 minutes After that, press the Bhalla for drain water

* Step 5

For Yogurt In a bowl, add yogurt, salt, corn flour, sugar, milk and blend it well.

* Step 6

For Dahi Baray Preparation: First of all, put Bhallas in a dish/platter and add some prepared yogurt on it and use onion rings, dry pomegranate black salt, roasted cumin, red chili powder, chaat masala, green chutney, tamarind date sauce to taste.
