Desi Omelette๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š

This is one of my all time favourite omelettes.๐Ÿ˜ You can have it as a complete breakfast or with toast paratha naan rusk or puri paratha.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Crack 2 eggs in a bowl add salt n pepper chilli powder chili flakes corinader and whisk it well keep aside

* Step 2

Heat up a pan add half tbsp oil then cumin seeds and garlic minced green chilli and saute for 1 minute

* Step 3

Add tomatoes turmeric powder salt and pepper and transfer to a plate to cool down.

* Step 4

Now add this mixture in egg mixture mix well

* Step 5

In a same pan heat up oil and pour this mixture spread evenly cover it and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes on a very low flame

* Step 6

Now flip it over and cook other side also

* Step 7

Serve with butter toast or paratha๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‹
