#Kabab This is my personal favourite recipe of shami kabab๐Ÿ˜‹ spicy kabab recipe With aroma of lots of spice finger licking taste of meat and daal it's just love๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Ingredient

40 minutes
1/2 kg

beef mince

4 cups

water

2 sticks

cinnamon

1 tbs

coriander

1/2 cup

mint leaves

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pressure cooker me pani qeema chany ki dal piaz sabat lal mirchen dar cheeni bari Elaichi namak haldi kali mirch sabat adrak lehsan paste sokha dhania or zeera dal dein

Boil a jaye to 10 sy 15 minute pressure lagalein ya low flane py dal galny take paka lein dal khili khili rahy pani baqi reh jaye to tez anch par dry kar lein

* Step 3

Kisi parat ya bri dish me dal kar thanda kar lein or chopper me hari mirchen podina hara dhania pees lein or andy or qeema dal mixture dal kar achy sy chop kar lein

* Step 4

Shami kabab ki shape dy kar sary kabab ready kar lein or shallow fry kar lein

Dish out karein lemon or salad pata sy garnish karein or ketchup ya green chutney ke sath serve karein
