#Kabab Kaafta kabab is a pretty different recipe of kababs.No red chilli no green chillies are used in these kababs so these are equally famous among kids and elders๐Ÿ˜Š this kabab recipe has olives also so it's a healthy meal for your family as well.๐Ÿ˜

Ingredient

Food ration :

6-8 servings

Cooking time :

30 minutes
4 cloves

garlic

10-12

olives

1/2 bunch

parsley

1/2 tsp

saffron

1 cup

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixer or chopper bowl add chicken garlic cloves onions olives parsley coriander whole spice powder white pepper ginger cumin seeds saffron and salt and mix it well

* Step 2

Soak the skewers into water for an hour

* Step 3

Now take some chicken mixure and skewer it in kaafta kabab shape. make all the kababs

* Step 4

Keep these skewers in the frij for 30 minutes

* Step 5

Heat up oil in a pan /grill pan and fry these kababs from each sides

* Step 6

In a serving dish put these kababs garnish with salad leaves and tomato slices and serve with your favourite dip.
