Pan roasted ribs with soy sauce and orange juice

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the ribs and allow the water to drain

* Step 2

Grate the lemon rinds together with the orange rinds and squeeze the juices off the fruits.

* Step 3

In a large container (large enough to fit the ribs) put in the ribs and pour in the orange and lemon juice together with the soy sauce. Add in the salt, pepper and the ginger garlic paste and rub the meat. cover and let it rest for 4 - 6 hrs

In a heated heavy pan, put the ribs and let cook until you cannot hear the frothy sound, then cover with a larger sauce pan. keep flipping the ribs until you get your desired level of cooking.

* Step 5

Serve hot with ugali and kachumbari
