Tagar or Boora

Tagar or boora sugar is a porous sugar which is made by melting sugar in water to reach a stage of crystallisation. This is how sugar looses its moisture and also it get cleaned. This boora is used in sweet dishes to make recipe more tastier. Preparing boora at home is really easy,I have made it for Besan ladoo,we can store this for 2 months in air tight container. ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a wok or pan pour water and sugar on high flame,stir the sugar till it melt in water.

* Step 2

Keep stirring the mixture till it become white foamy texture and comes to the consistency of 2 taar.

* Step 3

Now add ghee to the mixture mix well (to avoid the lump formation). Turn off the flame and keep stirring continuously so that a big lumps do not form.it will turn into poros powder sugar.
