Instant Suji vada is a perfect recipe for those lazy days where you don’t want to spend time cooking yet need tasty to tastebuds.This deep fried snack made of suji, curd ,ginger and green chilli and other basic ingredients.These are eaten as a snack with some coconut chutney . So without wasting any time let’s head to the kitchen and try this instant yet yummy and filling snack.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl mix well semolina (suji), curd and salt.if needed add 1tbsp water to mixture mix well,cover and leave for 10-15 minutes to rest.
* Step 2
Now after 15 minutes add chopped coriander leaves and baking soda to the mixture, mix all well and give it shape of vada.
* Step 3
In kadahi or deep pan heat oil and fry the vada golden brown.yummy and delicious instant suji vada is ready to serve,serve hot with coconut chutney and enjoy
