Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For khatta - meetha pani - Take raw mangoes and peel them and boil in a pressure cooker with one glass of water. Let it be cool.

* Step 2

In a mixture grinder add all remaining ingredients except sugar and ice. Blend it nicely with water. You can use boil mango water also. Then add mango and churn again.

* Step 3

Now take a big bowl and sieve it with the help of a strainer. Now taste it. You can add few drops of lemon juice also but that is totally according to your taste. Then add sugar if you want little khatta meetha taste. I just love this khatta pani😋 Now add crushed ice and keep it in the fridge.

* Step 4

For puri- This is one my personal favourite… For puri make hole in gol gappe. Take cubed potatoes and mix salt and red chilli powder and keep aside. Fill Gol gappe with potatoes and add all remaining ingredients.

* Step 5

Take short glass fill half glass with pani and place these gol gappe on top of it and serve them. I assure you that this will be a hit in your get together and party. This is my tried and tested snack. enjoy
