Multicoloured Cheese Toast

Ingredient

30-35 minutes
2 tablespoons

Garlic butter

2 tablespoons

Tomato sauce

1 tablespoon

Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon

Mix herbs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the half bread slice into big circle and half small circle.

Spread the garlic butter+ sauce+ mayonnaise mixture on bread slice.

Take one big bowl add all chopped veggie and mix salt and herbs.

Place the big slice on board and add the other ring shaped bread. Fill the mixture in the void space. Garnish with cheese.

Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes. After pre- heating, place the pieces in the oven and bake it for 7-8 minutes until the cheese melts! Voila! Enjoy your snack with a hot cup of coffee.

Tip: Always keep the veggie mixture in fridge for 10 minutes before spreading it on the bread. It’ll give moist and crunchy taste.
