Shawarma Bread/Pita Bread
Lets make everyone's favorite shawarma's bread at home with an easy and simple recipe

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, add yeast,sugar,salt and baking powder.
* Step 2
Now add 1/2 cup lukewarm water and mix well till sugar gets dissolved and no yeast lumps remains.
* Step 3
Now pour this mixture into plain flour and knead well for about 5-10 mints.
* Step 4
Make a soft dough.Grease oil on it and let it rest until it doubles.
* Step 5
Now punch it and knead for a while.
* Step 6
Now make two balls and let it rest for 5-10 mints.
* Step 7
Now roll and make a flat round shaped bread.
* Step 8
Heat the girdle for about 10 mints and keep the flame low.
* Step 9
Now place the bread on it and place a heated lid or cooker on it.
* Step 10
This will help in cooking bread from both sides as well as inside at a time.
* Step 11
Now afrer 1 mint remove the lid/cooker and change its side.
* Step 12
Do the same process again and the bread is cooked now.
* Step 13
Take it off from the stove.Cover it until it comes to room temperature.You can store it for 3-4 days in air tight zip lock bag.
