Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and wash the potatoes well

Now cut them like french fries and wash them well to remove the starch.

Heat Oil in a pan for deep frying.

Deep fry them until they are cooked well.

Strainthe oil from them.

Now take 3-4 tbsp Oil in a pan and heat it.

Add chopped onions and cook until it color changes.

Now add ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Now add tomato paste and mix well and cook for a while.

Add red chilli powder and mix well.

Now add water and mix well until it gives a look of gravy.

Now add salt, soya sauce and chilli sauce and mix well.

Now add coriander leaves and mix well.Then add chilli garlic ketchup and mix well.

Now add potatoes and mix well and cook for about 2-3 mints.

Dish out the potato sizzler in a bowl.

Sprinkle coriander leaves and green chillies and serve hot with fried rice.
