Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 servings
As required

Oil for frying

1/2 kg

Beef

1 cup

onion

1 cup

tomatoes

to taste

Salt

1 tsp

turmeric

3-4 cup

water

1/2 cup

Oil

1-2 tsp

lemon juice

1/2 tsp

garam masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan heat oil, add lday finger and fry until crispy.

* Step 2

In the same oil fry onion until golden brown.Keep it aside.

* Step 3

In a pan add onion, beef, ginger, garlic paste and cook for 4-5 minutes.

* Step 4

Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric and mix it well.

* Step 5

Add water bring it to boil, cover the lid and cook until meat gets 80% tender.

* Step 6

Add onion, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander and cumin powder, cook for 2-3 minutes.

* Step 7

Add water, cover the lid and cook until meat gets tender fully.

* Step 8

Add fried onion, lady finger, garam masala and mix well.

* Step 9

Add water and cook for 4-5 minutes.

* Step 10

Add lemon juice and turn off the flame.

* Step 11

Serve hot with naan or chapati and salad.
