Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the onion and cook in oil until light brown.
* Step 2
Add all the spices and finely chopped tomatoes.
* Step 3
Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried.
* Step 4
Add mince meat mix and dry the water again
* Step 5
Add potatoes and cook till the potatoes are soft.
* Step 6
Sprinkle garam masala powder.
* Step 7
Garnish with fresh green Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves, green chilies and Ginger (Adrak) slices and lemon juice. (whatever you like)
* Step 8
Serve with naan or chapati persons.
