Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Basmati Chawlon ko adhay ghantay ke liye pani mein achi tarah bigoo kar rakh lain.
* Step 2
Ab ek daichka lain us mein 2 litre pani daalen. Sath he zeera, namak aur oil daal dain.
* Step 3
Lid sy cover kar dain aur full boiled water honay yani ke bubbles anay tak intezar karein.
* Step 4
Ab chawalon ko pani sy nikal kar daichkay mein daal dain aur achi tarah mix kar ke lid cover kar ke 5 mint ke liye high flame py rakh dain.
* Step 5
Ab flame ko slow kar dain aur 8-10 mint tak pkayen.
* Step 6
Chamchay ki madad sy thoray sy chawal nikal kar press kar ke check karein agr wo asani sy press hotay hain to iska mtlb hai apky boiled rice ready hain.
* Step 7
Ab daichkay ko ek ek stainer par ulat dain ta ke chawlon ka extra pani nikal jaye.
* Step 8
Boiled rice are ready to use in biryani.
