* Step 1
Sab sy pehly ek cooker mein oil garam karen. Us mein onions kaat ke dalen aur golden brown honay tak pkayen.
* Step 2
Ab is mein chicken add karen aur sath he ginger garlic paste b add kar dain. Chicken ka colour change honay tak medium flame py pkayen.
* Step 3
Ab is mein potatoes apni mrzi ki shape mein kaat ke daal dain aur achi tarah mix kar lain.
* Step 4
Ab is mein salt, red chilli, coriander powder, red chilli flakes, cumin powder daal kar achi tarah masalay ko bhoon lain medium flame py.
* Step 5
Ab is mein paani add kar dain. Medium flame py pani mein halka boil anay tak pkayen.
* Step 6
Ab is mein achar ka oil shamil karein. aur sath he tomato,capsicum,peas aur cabbage b shamil kar dain aur achi tarah mix kar lain.
* Step 7
Ab is mein rice shamil kar dain.Achi tarah mix karein aur sath he long+garam masala+ dar cheeni b shamil kar dain.
* Step 8
Ab cooker ke dhakan sy cover kar ke ooper cooker ka weight rakh dain. pehly 10 mint high usky baad 7-8 minute low flame py pkayen
* Step 9
Yummy Rice Combo is ready to serve with Salad and Raita or Yogurt
