Sev Puri

Sev puri is a spicy, sweet and tangy street snack from Mumbai. This is a plate where you ll find all the tastes and colour from tangy red to spicy green, to yellow sev and green coriander. Easy to assemble and make if the chutneys are pre ready

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Arrange the puris on a plate. Top it up with chopped boiled potatoes. Add chopped onions and tomatoes to it.

* Step 2

Sprinkle some chaat masala over it.

* Step 3

Top up with the green chutney as much as you want. Then top up with red chili chutney. Then with the sweet tamarind chutney as per taste.

* Step 4

Sprinkle sev on top. Then sprinkle some chaat masala and salt.

* Step 5

Add a dash of lime juice to the sev puri. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve Sev Puri immediately!
