Ingredient

Food ration :

4 to 6 servings

Cooking time :

30 minutes
1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

half teaspoon

Carmon seeds

1 tablespoon

crushed pickle

1 teaspoon

black pepper

2 tablespoon

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Lein a cooking pot add oil

* Step 2

On a low flame add onion, tomato, pickle and all the spices

* Step 3

Cook them by covering the lid on for 10 to 15 minutes.

* Step 4

Now make a paste with the help of a spoon

* Step 5

Add daal mash and mix

* Step 6

Cook for further 5 minutes on a very low flame by covering lid

* Step 7

Garnish it with juvenile ginger, coriander and green chillies Delicious achari daal maash is ready😋😍😘
