Yummy summer tomatoes and basil used like they should be!!!

Ingredient

lemon juice,

sugar,

to taste

parmesan,

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Deseed and chop tomatoes. Drain.

* Step 2

Stack basil leaves, roll and cut into thin ribbons.

* Step 3

Mix all ingredients together, combining well.

* Step 4

Chill for at least 30 minutes.

* Step 5

Serve with baguettes or bread of choice.
