Italian Bruschetta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 300°F. Chop tomatoes and put them into a little bowl.

* Step 2

Mix tomatoes with chopped up basil.

* Step 3

Add the vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together.

* Step 4

Slice bread into quarter to half inch thick slices. Line a baking sheet with foil and lay slices about an inch apart.

* Step 5

Once oven is preheated, turn it up to 350 and put the bread in. Once lightly browned, remove and top with the tomato mixture.
