#salgirahmubarak, Assalamo Alikum, it's a very colourful month as spring has started, flowers are bloom the weather is so beautiful and most of all its the month of cookpad birthday. So I m continuing my celebration πŸŽ‚πŸŽ‰πŸ’–πŸŽŠ

Ingredient

Food ration :

8 servings

Cooking time :

25 to 30 minute
1 and half teaspoon

vanilla essence

1 and half cup

icing sugar

2 and 1/4 cup

flour

6 tablespoon

any oil

6 tablespoon

warm milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Separate the egg white from egg yolks

* Step 2

Mix vanilla essence in egg yolks by hand and set them aside

* Step 3

Beat the egg whites and add sugar by dividing it into 3 potions. Make the egg white fully fluffy. It will take 8 to 10 minutes

* Step 4

Mix the egg white into egg yolk and beat with electric beater to mix it thoroughly

* Step 5

Sieve the flour into the batter and slowly mix it into the eggs and HAND SPATULA. THIS IS THE MAIN STEP IN SPONGE CAKE. DON'T USE THE ELECTRIC BEATER.Flip the flour up and down and fully mix it.

* Step 6

In a separate bowl add warm milk, oil and two cups of the formed batter and mix them fully

* Step 7

Now pour the oil batter into the original batter

* Step 8

Mix with spatula and pour the batter into the greased bundt pan

* Step 9

Preheat the oven to 180 C and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes

* Step 10

Delicious and yummy BUNDT CAKE is ready to be served at tea time or you can have it in the breakfast πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–
