#pizza, Assalamo Alikum, my children love pizza very much so I uesd to make it often. But they don't like any kind of topping on it, just simple chicken and cheese pizza. Anywhere we go out for having a pizza we order simple chicken cheese pizza for them. 😊

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

10 minutes
2 cups

water

1 teaspoon

brown sugar

1 sachet

yeast powder

4 cups

flour

half cup

Lukewarm water

2 tablespoon

oil

1 teaspoon

salt

2 tablespoon

pizza sauce

1 tablespoon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add water and brown sugar in a pan and mix it

Stir it on low flame until the water is just warm and the sugar is dissolve completely

Now in a large bowl add flour. 4 cups equal to 1 kg make 2 medium size pizzas enough for 6 people

Knead it with Lukewarm water to make a dough

Put it in a round deep bowl. Cover it first with plastic wrapping and then with a plate. Put the bowl in a place where the air does not pass as its winter you can put it Ina cabinet. But in summer the weather it ideal for the yeast to work on the batter so in summer it raises the dough quickly
