#joy, Asalamo Alikum, as we all know that kids need variety in their food so from time to time l keep on making healthy food to keep them happy and stronger 💪😜, yesterday, l made boiled rice, about a bowl of these wre left so as usual from these l made there favorite sweet dish, RAINBOW ZARDA in no time ❤️

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

10 minutes
Half teaspoon

yellow food colour

Half teaspoon

red food colour

Half teaspoon

green food colour

2 tablespoon

cashew nuts

2 tablespoon

sliced pistachios

2 tablespoon

dried rasins

2 tablespoon

chopped walnuts

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Divide water into 3 pans, add the three food colour separately and bring it to a boil

When the water starts boiling add one cup of rice in each of the coloured water

Cook them for 2 minutes and then strain separately

Then add icing sugar in each of the coloured rice. As my children have there own favorite color so I can't mix them 😒🤪😜

Delicious and full of energy and a complete dessert is ready to be served with dry fruits topping. Enjoy the yummiest sweet 💞👍
