Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast separately 15 whole dried red chillies,1 tablespoon cumin seeds,3 tablespoon coriander seeds,2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds,1 tablespoon roasted split Bengal gram.cool,mix and grind.
* Step 2
Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a kadai and saute dry red chilli, mustard seeds and hing.
* Step 3
Clean,wash and roughly chopped the tomatoes and add the pan.Then using a little water.Add salt and sugar.
* Step 4
Cook sometimes then remove in a bowl and serve with khichuri.
