Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blanch spinach in sufficient boiling water for one minute. Drain and puree in a blender.
* Step 2
Heat a Kadai and roast onions, ginger, and green chilies for two to three minutes.
* Step 3
Add turmeric powder,red chili powder, and salt.Add water Mix well and simmer for two minutes.
* Step 4
Add spinach puree,paneer and salt. and cook for two minutes.
* Step 5
Add garam masala powder and kasoori methi,stir and remove from heat.
* Step 6
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
