Ingredient

Mustard seeds paste

3 pieces

Green chilli

3 tablespoon

Turmeric powder

1/2 tablespoon

Red chilli powder

1 tablespoon

Tamarind paste

1/2 tablespoon

Sugar

1 tablespoon

Salt

8 tablespoon

Mustard oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pan add mustard oil fry fish each side for 5 to 6 mints.Then add pachphoron, mustard seeds paste turmeric powder.

* Step 2

Add in fried fish pieces and tamarind paste,sugar,salt and red chilli powder.Cover the pan and let it simmer for 10to 15 minutes at medium low flame.

* Step 3

When the entire gravy turns some what deep in colour add green chillies.

* Step 4

Cover the pan 2 minutes

Add in mustard oil at last when the gravy semi dry. serve it with white rice.
