Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a kadai or cook pan, add oil or ghee 1 tbsp in it
* Step 2
First add mustard seeds, after they split, add cumin seeds, then add onions and fry them till golden brown.
* Step 3
Now add the tomatoes, ginger garlic chopped pieces,add turmeric powder & salt to taste.
* Step 4
Now add all the mix veggies after a boil. Add garam masala to it and saute well.
* Step 5
Once it sauteed, add mix herbs & add some water to make it gravy type or you can avoid adding water if you want it dry.
* Step 6
Now the mix veggies is ready to serve & eat hot with hot rotis & rice. Enjoy !!!
