Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Katori Method:
Add salt and oil in flour and mix it well with lukewarm water.
* Step 2
Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
* Step 3
And roll a round roti of it.
* Step 4
And punch the fork on it.
* Step 5
And then shape it by placing it on round bowl.
* Step 6
Then deep fry the roti along with the bowl.
* Step 7
Chat Method:
Mix all the ingredients of chat in a large bowl.
* Step 8
And fill the katori with the chat.
* Step 9
And assemble it with yogurt, green chutney and tamarind chutney.
