This recipe is everything you love about a traditional carrot Swiss roll — the delicious roll, a milk khoya filling, all bundled up together in one cut roll — but this one is made with a fantastic carrot roll cake. And when I say carrot, I mean lots of carrots. Because, believe it or not, there are two full cups of shredded fresh carrots hidden in there!
Once you eat a swiss roll of carrot,you will not be able to forget its taste..your stomach will be full but your heart will not be filled. Try this Recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a large pan.
* Step 2
Add cardamom powder and roast till flavor.
* Step 3
Add grated carrots and fry a little while. Add milk and grated badam (Almond) sugar, and cooked in slow flame with continuous stirring.
* Step 4
Add 1pinch orange food colour, 1 tbsp kewda water and Cooked in slow flame with continuous stirring.
* Step 5
When carrots are cooked and the halwa become thickened turn off the flame. and mix well.carrot halwa is ready.
* Step 6
Let it cool a little bit. Spread it evenly over a cling wrap sheet.
* Step 7
Take a khoya or mawa and mashed sugar powder wekk and make soft knead and Spread it evenly over a cling wrap sheet.
* Step 8
Then spread it evenly over the carrot halwa.
* Step 9
Make a light roll. Wrap it in a aluminium foil. Keep it in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to set.
* Step 10
Take out from refrigerator. Cut it about 1-2 inch pieces. Serve them.
* Step 11
Enjoy the carrort swiss Roll.
