Fish Fry with Rice

#joy color-full dinner platter.

Ingredient

Cumin seeds

salt

1 tbsp

corn flour

3 cup

water

2 tbsp

oil

1 tsp

All spice

1/2 tsp

Mix Herb

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add salt to the fish rest and wash after 20 minutes drain the water completely.

* Step 2

Then marinate the fish all ingredients mentioned above for 1 hour's (and you can freeze at this stage as we'll).

In a wok heat oil and fry fish until golden brown.

For Rice : Heat oil add all dry ingredients 2-3 minutes fry then add water give it a boil then add rice and cook.

* Step 5

Dum for 10 minutes Rice is ready.

For veggies : wash and peel then slice / julienne Veggies of your choice.

Assemble and serve.
