Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan, splutter jeera and green chilli.Then fry chopped cabbage and Carrot for 5 mints.
* Step 2
After some cooling mix some cheese
* Step 3
Dough mix maida with water smoothly make it small bolls and then press.Now make momo (design as you like) with prepared mixture and pressed maida (roti).
* Step 4
Now keep the momo is steam for 10 mints.
* Step 5
Remove momo from Steam and your momo is ready to serve with mayonnaise
